When I was first employed with Tabb Healthcare, I had no idea I would be working with heavily critical individuals. Immediately when I began the first shift I had it made up in my mind that I wasn’t the right fit for the position. The RN noticed the concern on my face and told me not to worry. The RN provided some of the best training to where I was no longer in fear of taking care of critical individuals. I am so glad that I stayed as I truly enjoy working with that population of people. The company follows strict protocols that keep the individuals safe and out of the hospital. Most of the individuals don’t have family and look at the staff as their family.
